A 17-year-old boy is currently missing and his family is fearing the worst. Malachi Hamilton was last seen a week ago, and now those closest to him are preparing to form search parties - starting along the John Smith Road. Today, the police said that they have received several leads.

"On Sunday the 8th day of October 2023, Ian Hamilton reported that he has not seen his son, Malachi Hamilton, 17 years, since the 22nd day of September 2023. Information was received that Malachi Hamilton was last seen on the 3rd of October 2023 somewhere in Belize City and since then he has not been seen or heard from. We're currently conducting an investigation into this missing person report."
Jules Vasquez:
"Is there any reason to, well, obviously he's missing, but is there any reason to suspect foul play, had he received any threats?"

"We are following several leads but at this time no we did not receive any reports that he got any threats or anything like that."
Reporter:
"Are one of those leads him being in danger because of anybody he may be related to?"

"Again, we have information that we are following up on, we are doing some searches, we are doing some interviews and making checks at various areas but so far he has not communicated with anyone."

"Is he known to be associated with any gang?"

"Not that we know of, no."
