And like the PM said, several lots will be issued to deserving residents. Dr Zabaneh explained that those future landowners in Hope Creek and Silk Grass are anticipating the day they get their land titles.
And over the past two days, other residents have received theirs from the land clinic that was held in that constituency.
Dr Zabaneh added that even Delile Academy has something to celebrate.

"In Hope Creek we have already done surveys for 169 lots. When DPM Cordel Hyde was here just last week, we were able to meet with those persons. We also have another section which will be over 200 lots. We also have over 300 lots in Silk Grass and all these lots amount to a little over 900 overall including some in Dangriga for first time homeowners or for homeowners that need to regularize their lots. So there's a sense of hope, there's a sense of excitement in the constituency. Education, house lots, we have eight of these starter homes as well, so yes quite a bit of things going on with respect to land distribution to people who have never had a house lot before."
"Many of these persons never thought they would have own a lot, to own a piece of the jewel, and now they do. In fact, tomorrow, we will be issuing out titles that were the result of that land clinic last week and we have put on our Facebook page for those persons to come and we are able to distribute the first amount and then within two weeks we expect to give up all the other land papers."
"Another huge achievement for us in Dangriga community is that the Delile school grounds, the last administration had given them a tab of $250,000 for their five acres, DPM immediately in his capacity and with his authority was able to grant that for $1 to the board of Delile, working closely of course with our mayor and so these are the kinds of things our government is engaged in.
