But if the CEO is confident in Digi's performance, and if their performance has been so good, why did two high profile board members step down earlier this year? We reported in October that Michael Bowen and Denise Courtenay both left the board. The PM had said that they asked not to renew their appointment. Today we asked the chairman why that was.

"Directors are appointed by the shareholders and directors can decide to leave when they have contributed as much as they want to contribute, I believe both individuals claim to be very busy in their own personal business, it was nothing, you know. We certainly appreciate the impact that they had when they were at the board, they contributed significantly but the company is doing well."
