And today police charged the two men involved in this murder, the shooter along with his brother. According to ACP Hilberto Romero, the murder stemmed from an argument that started inside the club.

"Investigation revealed that Christon Logan was at the bar where he had a dispute with two other male persons. When the bar closed, they all came outside and they again had a verbal dispute. At some point, one of the persons pulled out a firearm and shot Christon Logan. Thereafter, he was joined by another male person who kicked the person who had been shot. Thereafter, more shots were fired, causing the fatal injuries to Christon Logan. An investigation was carried out and two persons, namely Cornelio Martinez and Ernesto Martinez, have jointly been charged for the crime of murder. One 9mm pistol was recovered from Cornelio Martinez as he is a license holder of a 9mm pistol."
