And the trial against accused murderer, Jared Ranguy, will also continue on March 8th. He has applied to the High Court for a second sentencing indication if he were to plead guilty to all three murders. The matter was back in court today, but the DPP said that the judge did not give the indication today.

"They have asked for sentence indication, we are to send the agreed facts to the court tomorrow and then the judge will give his indication on the adjourned date."

"This matter has been before the court for some years, is it a concern that the defense might say justice delayed?"

"The defense has been the reason for the delay in the matter. They will not be able to allege that now."
Ranguy's case will be heard in the morning, while Selgado's will be in the afternoon.
If it goes to trial, his defence is expected to be that he was sleepwalking when he killed his mother, his stepfather and his sister.
