It happened near the market on Bliss Parade Drive across from Social Security Headquarters.
Contrary to what we reported earlier, the suspect this not hand himself into police. New video shows him being apprehended after fatally shooting a woman who appears to be an American tourist.
No reason for the shooting is currently known. We'll have more answers in tomorrow's news.
