Orange Walk Foursome No Longer Wanted By Police
posted (October 3, 2024)

The wanted posters for four females ranging in age from 18 to 29 lit up social media platforms today. The four were wanted in Orange Walk, accused of breaking and entering into an apartment and leaving with thousands of dollars in valuable items.

Well, tonight they are wanted no more - at least not by the police. Orange Walk police report that they were all apprehended this morning. And then, the complainant revisited the police station and requested no further court action into the matter.

Originally, 23 year old Colombian national, Karen Penaranda reported to police that on the night of Saturday September 29th, Damaris Camara along with three other females, Shelby Medina, Kathia Sandoval and Mariela Mejia, forced their way into the apartment. A struggle ensued between Camara and Penaranda, which ended in Camara damaging her cell phone along with a number of items, including a $300 perfume and several sunglasses, totaling to $2650 in damages. The four women then allegedly made off with a number of undisclosed items amounting to $8,165 dollars.

But, as we said, tonight the case has been discontinued and all charges dropped.
