Shyne's Going To Court To Get Back Headquarters
posted (October 30, 2024)
Tonight, Tracy Panton's leadership continues its occupation of the UDP headquarters after a takeover on Monday. But, the other UDP Leader, Shyne Barrow's secretariat put out a release today calling it a "criminal takeover" and that he will let the court settle the matter.

The release refers to, quote, "Tracy Panton, John Saldivar and the alliance thugs who forcefully took possession of the UDP property committing crimes on live television," and adds, quote,"No citizen occupying a property can be forcibly removed by a band of thugs without a Court Order."

After also taking shots at the Commissioner of Police for, quote, "failure...to protect against these unlawful acts..."the release says, quote, "The UDP has retained legal counsel to proceed immediately with court action to put an end to the unlawful occupation of our headquarters," and will not, quote, "reduce ourselves to the political gangsterism that was on full display for the Nation to see people who act more as a criminal enterprise than a Cabinet in waiting." End quote.
