And they'll be back in court in January, but if elections are indeed called early, then the matter won't be resolved before they go to the ballots. Panton says that regardless of when the elections are called, her name will be on the UDP slate.

"I absolutely don't share that view. I believe that we have good candidates. We will put our best foot forward."
