Joshua Ashburn is the American bar owner who was remanded after police found weed, a weapon and a bunch of immigration material at his business. Well, tonight his wife, 37-year-old Xochil (So-chil) Natalie Lopez has joined her husband behind bars on the same charges: kept prohibited firearm and ammunition, and 2 counts of possession or a controlled drugs with intent to supply.
Late this evening, Lopez who was represented in court by Attorney Dale Cayetano was read the four criminal offenses and pleaded not guilty to all charges. It's a firearm offense, so no bail was offered and she was remanded.
Lopez now joins her husband, along with 2 of his associates Mario Fernandez and Keenan O'Connor.
