Dolores Garcia Balderamos, Minister of Human Development
"As the Belize Rural Central Representative we have been out there we have been on the ground we have delivered food packages and also cleaning supplies packages and the water is still high in the Lords Bank Area also to an extent Sunset Park and West Lake and Western Pines so those communities near the John smith road but also coming down the Belize Rural river in Lords Bank and we will continue to reach out to all our people now when the waters recede when the flood waters recede we will have to look at those affected in terms of their homes because there may be water damage there may be need for further building materials etc and I do want to say that not only the ministry but myself as area rep we will continue to reach out and give the response that is necessary."
