The teachers were promised by the Ministry of Education that their increments and allowances would be paid by tomorrow December 20th. If not, they had voted to demonstrate next month.
But MOE fulfilled their promise one day earlier, and according to the CEO, the payments have been made to the managing authorities and they are making the disbursements directly to the teachers.
However, some teachers are saying that they have not received their payments yet. But since those funds are in the hands of the managements, it's up to them to disburse them to the teachers.
