There was concern when a man who was walking dropped dead on Kelly Street in Belize City this morning at 9:00. It happened near Chon Saan restaurant and the owner Lee Mark Chang says a review of the security video showed that he was just walking and collapsed.
Police found him lying motionless on the street, with his head resting in the bushes near the drain. Police concluded there was no foul play.
We have since learned that he is 56 year old Jorge Montero - and according to his family he had been ailing.
