And, island police have one woman detained but up to news time she had not been charged yet. Here's what police said:
ACP Hilberto Romero, OCED
"One of the tenants was that one of the rooms when he heard the sounds of pressure from probably gas, thereafter there was an explosion and the place caught fire. We have one person custody in regards to this investigation. We treating it as an arson."
We'll tell you when she's been arraigned.
