Who did appear was Lee Mark Chang, Tracy Panton's likely candidate for Mesop who would presumably challenge Barrow in a three way race along with PUP candidate Lawrence Ellis. The office is across from the Chang family's original Chon Saan Restaurant. It is around the corner from Shyne Barrow's office. Chang was seen active in the area today.
