And even though he outlined his plans for 2025, there was still some confusion on whether or not Williams would remain as ComPol. He had stated previously that 2025 might be his last year, and that he was thinking of his transition. However, the led to some media houses reporting that he was "preparing his exit." The ComPol clarified that he "ain't going nowhere."
