Yesterday you heard what the PM said about President Trump's promise of mass deportations. Right now, Belizeans in the US are waiting to see who will get shipped out - and there is increasing panic in immigrant communities.
While the ComPol hasn't confirmed an increase in deportees, he explained the process for when they are alerted of a deportation.
We note that the Belizean Ambassador to the US told us that dpelorations are already happening frequently - and other sources tell us the number of deportees to Belize has increased steadily since November.
