And, in other news, the death of Ronaldo Garcia is currently under investigation at the Northern Regional Hospital. Garcia was admitted as a patient after he was found in a ditch with his upper body submerged in water.
He also had a large gash on his forehead and was bleeding. reports claim that he was treated and then released but shortly after he arrived home he began coughing up blood.
But Garcia did not make it in time to the hospital and died while being transported. Now his relatives are questioning whether neglect and malpractice when he was first admitted is what led to his death. The Minister of Health says they have launched a full investigation at the hospital to determine what exactly went wrong.

"I cannot comment to that. We are doing our investigation. I do not run on social media issues because there are many times information that are posted on social media are not factual. I know there is a person who called himself a journalist who mentioned on social media that he tried to approach me on a matter on that same matter."
"I did not have any details of the matter. I could not respond on something and I will not respond on something that I do not have proper information on. So we our team is investigating the matter to find out exactly what really transpired. Before I can comment, I prefer to wait until I get a full briefing from the regional manager and through our doctor Polanco who is doing the research and investigation on that issue."
