23 year old Simon Arana was shot and killed last week Monday while socializing at his friend's house in Hope Creek village. And now today police formally arrested and charged a man connected to his killing.
28 year old Ozen Osburn was charged for the crime of Abetment to commit murder and discharging a firearm in public. Arana was an ITVET instructor and was targeted while on the veranda of his neighbors home.
