Tonight, days of speculation and anticipation have ended as - just 20 minutes ago - the Prime Minister's Office announced the new CEO assignments. Mostly, it's status quo, and there aren't many changes. In fact, the first 12 names on this list are all the same.
That's where we see a new name, Milagro Matus takes over from Dr Kenrick Williams as the CEO in Sustainable Development, Climate Change & Solid Waste.
Francis Usher is another new name as the CEO for National Defence & Border Security.
Beverly Wade also takes over Blue Economy & Marine Conservation. Kennedy Carillo who previously held that post is moving on to become Belize's representative to the International Civil Aviation Organization - a 3 year appointment she leaves shortly to take up.
Apart from that, the 16 other names are all holding the same ministries from the last administration.
But one Ministry that is not listed is Transport, and Constitutional and Indigenous Affairs. We do know that it is on offer to the commissioner of police Chester Williams. There are reliable reports that this is on the table, but at news time, this one was still undecided. We should know in 24 hours if he will take it.
