Yesterday we told you about the boating incident that killed 70 year old American tourist Jeffery Le Beau. Le Beau was snorkeling when a boat sped through the caution markers set up by a dive company and hit the tourist. Police have since arrested another US National who lives in Caye Caulker. He is 28 year old Spenser Eisenberg was charged yesterday for manslaughter by negligence.
Notably, the deceased Le Beau was a manslaughter defense lawyer in the US whose website described him as an "avid waterman." He was on vacation with his two children.
