Imagine returning to your home only to find that police have forced their way in without permission, and turned the place upside down in search of who knows what. That happened to Ladyville resident Juvanna Pinto today. She says that she was cooking over at her neighbors house when she noticed a police vehicle parked outside of her home, and when she went over to make checks, they were already inside her house without an invitation, or accompaniment.

"I saw a police vehicle at my entrance but didn't see them come out so a little while after I said let me go and see what's happening at my house, and when I saw the police had already entered my house nobody was at home, ransacked my place and I was asking them what they were doing inside my house and I got no response. They came downstairs to my neighbour downstairs and wanted to search their house because they said they were looking for a fugitive so they asked them do they have a warrant and I forgot what the corporal name is but 2 guys came and corporal came an we were asking them what are they looking for but before I left my neighbour told them to come in and search because it's just my son and gentleman at home so now when we are looking to leave I asked them what are they looking for and they said you think we should tell them? And I asked them again who are you guys looking for? So he said he is looking for a Duane White and we told them its the wrong address because no Duane White lives at this address and when they left they still came and took pictures with me and my neighbour downstairs and I stuck up my middle finger at them I'm gonna tell you what I did and I stuck up my middle finger and then they said if they come back and find out the guy is staying here they will charge us so we told them we don't know anyone with that name and no one at this address lives here."
"I wasn't at home and I think that is wrong because nobody was at home and you should not enter anybody's place if somebody is not at home."
"This is breaking and entering. Yes it is breaking and entering and I am calling for justice because they should not have went into my home without my presence. They could have planted anything or took anything and I wouldn't know and come back."
Pinto says she will be taking legal action against the department.
