And while Panton and her executive are moving forward, there's one problem, her second deputy leader Beverly Williams is not a member of parliament - which is required by the party constitution for someone holding that post:

"What is it that you want to know? We are going to follow the Constitution. We will follow the Constitution as it relates to the rules of who is electable and not electable."
