And while Panton has to find the finance to operate the UDP, right now the government is operating without an approved budget. The fiscal year ended in March with no approved budget starting in April. The Prime Minister says that the budget was delayed due to elections and we should see a new one presented in mid May. The Leader of the Opposition opposition says she is concerned:

"It's not acceptable. It absolutely is a concern for us. We, you know, how are we running this country? Know there are going to be lots of questions that will be asked of the Prime Minister, and we expect to get answers from him, as soon as the parliament is convened."
