Police have charged a second man for a murder that happened in February. 23 year old teacher Simon Arana Jr. was shot and killed while socializing at his friend's house in Hope Creek village. Police charged one man in February and now they have charged another. He is 34 year old Owen Rhaburn who was formally arrested and charged for the Crime of Murder and will now go on remand.
