17 pounds of suspected marijuana were found in the luggage on a bus in the Orange Walk district. Except that the bus the weed smugglers boarded was a police bus(!) loaded with police officers headed to the city to report for duty. And it was one of those same officers who detected the strong smell of weed. ASP Smith told us more.
