And police say there is another dangerous sexual predator on the streets of
the city tonight. He is the man who abducted at gunpoint a 13 year old girl
from downtown Belize City and then raped her. The girl, a high school student,
says that between 7 and 7:30 last night she was walking on Regent Street when
a man in the passenger side of a black four door car pulled up and pointed a
gun at her.
She was forced into the car and taken to the Southern Foreshore area between
Dean and South Streets where the gunman with a mask over his face raped her.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
