The Queen's honors for 2007 have been announced and some well-known names are
in the mix. MBE's will be awarded to William Neal, Leela Vernon, Rosalie Staines
and David Ruiz. OBE's go to Myrtle Palacio and Frankie Reneau, while new Supreme
Court Judge Herbert Lord will be a Commander of the British Empire.
