On Friday’s newscast Dennis Tillett, a resident of Elston Kerr
Street told us that he believes that the fire that left his thirteen year old
cousin Robert Anthony Lord with second degree burns and on life support machine
was deliberately set by persons who he believes have been threatening the home
owner Kimberly Trapp. In fact in that interview Dennis Tillett told 7News that
he saw three young women running away from the Trapp’s residence just
before the fire started and even told us that the night before he heard the
same three young women make threats to suggest that something would happen to
the residence.
Today his mother anis lord told 7News that her son’s condition
further deteriorated over the weekend and with the help of Yvette Burks of BERT
ambulance on Sunday he was sent by Med-Evac to the United States. Today Anis
Lord is not only appealing to the public for their continued prayers and financial
donation but also to the police because she says following another incident
that occurred over the weekend, she now firmly believes the fire was set by
someone who is out to get the neighbour and the home owner Kimberly Trapp whose
car she says was set on fire on Saturday the day before her son was rushed to
the U.S.
Anis Lord, Mother
“My husband went with him and all I am asking for is assistance and
help because the cost of the trip is twenty four thousand U.S. dollars. I really
need help so I hope I could get the support from everybody. Through Miss Yvette
Burks we got the help to send him over but it is through Burnt Victims Mercy
Fund and so we need to raise the money to put it back. I have an account number
at Belize Bank 695-1152111.”
If you would like to assist anis lord you can make your financial donations
at the Belize Bank where an account has been established. That number is 695
1152 – 111.
