Gunman Jacks Creative Marketing's Payroll

A gunman on a bike jacked a company’s payroll this evening in Belize City. Sometime close to 5 pm, Jose Ketz -the owner of Creative Marketing returned from the bank with a bag containing $3,000. As he exited the vehicle, a man on a bike rode up and placed the gun in Ketz’s face and demanded that Ketz hand over the money or he would be shot. Ketz gave the gunman his money and cell phone after which the gunman rode off.

We were on the scene shortly after but Ketz was at the police station giving a statement. The 3 thousand dollars was the payroll for his 15 employees. Police are investigating.
