As you probably just saw in the last commercial break, an international
moto-cross festival will be held in Benque on Sunday. It will feature teams
of daredevils from Guatemala, Mexico, and other neighbouring Central American
countries being hosted by Belize. The organizer is Juan Carlos Valencia Lopez.

“We are trying to get persons to race from Honduras, Guatemala, and
also from Mexico and of course Belize. The persons that are participating from
Belize are from the Mennonite group in Blue Creek who are the ones who are going
to be representing us in this event. It is one of the events that we have made
in less than a month and thank God we already coordinated this week and we are
closing off all the small details for this competition. The competition will
be in the area of the Free Zone in Benque.”
The competition is Sunday.
