And while no arrests have been made for the three murders in the city since
Friday night, Belmopan Police have arrested two men for the murder of 29 year
old Keith Sambula in Roaring Creek on Friday night. They are 27 year old Phillip
Felipe Reyes and 47 year old Jack Noel Escarpeta.
Both men have been charged with one count of murder. Sambula, who is from Punta
Gorda, was socializing with friends in Roaring Creek on Friday night when an
argument started. Sambula was chopped with a machete after which his killers
tried to discard his body into the Belize River.
