Jareth’s Downfall
posted (June 18, 2010)
The junction of Princess Margaret and University Drives is a busy one and was formerly the scene of a good many accidents. That's slowed down now with the installation of a few towering speed bumps but it wasn't enough to help a Chon Saan Delivery man on motorbike today as he was cruising through the intersection.

Jareth Tablada and his food cargo were tossed over when a car came charging out of university drive. He fell to the ground but his spirit was unbroken:...

Jareth Tablada
"I didn't even see what happened. It just happened so fast, a BTL truck was parked here and I was coming from delivery at St. John's College and the young lady was coming out and I don't know if she saw me or didn't see me but she just knock me down."

Jules Vasquez
"Did you get any injury?"

Jareth Tablada
"On my foot, she knock me on my left knee. I am pain right now. Sometime people are in too much of a hurry and I don't know what to say about that situation."

Jules Vasquez
"You were on the main, so you are in the right."

Jareth Tablada
"Yes, I was on the main so I was in the right. She is pulling from the lane so she should have stop watch the traffic. Accident happen, I really can't blame no one."

Tablada received an abrasion to his knee....
