34 year old Ethan Grant who was charged with carnal knowledge of a 15 year old girl, was found "not guilty" in court today. The jury of 7 women and two men deliberated for almost 2 hours before they came up with the verdict. The incident occurred between August 21 and August 22, 2008. The girl testified that she sleeping in the room with her brother when Grant came and took the teenager into a back room and had sex with her.
Grant denied the charge and said that at the time of the incident, he was hanging out with Dorian and Ian Tillett, who both corroborated his statement when they testified. Grant was not represented by an attorney.
