It was reported yesterday that report cards were being withheld from parents at All Saints Primary School. According to a number of parents they were denied their child's report card because they haven't paid for the coming school year. When we tried contacting the principal of the school, we were told by the vice-principal that she wasn't around. Today we went to the office of the manager of the Anglican Diocese but we were denied comment. According to a representative from the Ministry of Education the education act strictly only allows schools to withhold report cards for nonpayment of outstanding fees.
