Earlier on we told you about the commercial sexual abuse of children - well the following stories may or may not fit under the umbrella of commercial abuse, but that doesn't make them any less monstrous.
In unrelated incidents, two young boys one in Belize City, the other in Belmopan were sodomized by grown men.
On August 22nd, a 9 year old student of Belize City accompanied by his mother went to police and reported that he left his father's house in Belize City and went to a green upper floor house on Dean Street where a man only known to him as "Mister", sodomized him.
The man is described as medium built, dark complexion, about 5 feet 6 inches with a bald spot on the top of his head and wears glasses.
The young man also reported that the man also gave him a Samsung cell phone. A medical examination certified his injuries as grievous harm. Police are looking for the man described.
And in Belmopan, a 7 year old boy of St. Margaret's Village accompanied by his mother reported that yesterday evening at 5:30pm he was walking in the village when he was approached by a man who took him to a house and sodomized him. The child was taken to the Western Regional Hospital for medical attention. Police are also looking for this man....
