Ontario Outlaws
posted (September 8, 2010)
And while there is growing desperation in the south over those missing children - in the north, the rural areas of southern Orange Walk are shocked at a beastly murder which saw the murder of a mother, a father and one of their 8 children. What's worse, it happened in front of the youngest children - including a 10 day old newborn.

Shocking beyond belief, and our team is just back with that story -so we'll have it a little later…

And while that triple murder in the north is sufficiently terrifying, the west witnessed its own frightening spate of outlaw behavior. It culminated last night around ten when 22 year old Jesse John Jones was shot and later died at the Western Regional Hospital in Belmopan. Jones is seen here in a photo taken about 9 years ago.

Jones was shot as he went to Leroy Richards's home - supposedly to make peace with a man who was a guest at the house and with whom he'd had an earlier misunderstanding. But instead of peace, there was an escalation and Jones was shot to the midsection.

And after news of his death at the Belmopan hospital came back to the village, all hell broke loose. Two homes were apparently set on fire within Ontario Village, one the residence of Leroy Richards where the shooting had occurred and the other the residence of Jessimar Chaverria. Both buildings were destroyed.

Police stayed on the case and at 5:10 this morning, Belmopan police intercepted 24 year old Lionel Sampson, 25 year old Cecil Sadikee Castillo, and 27 year old Kimberly Ohson, - all of Belize City and all on a bus heading through Camalote on its way to Belmopan.

One .25 Black Beretta pistol along with 4 rounds of ammunition and one expended shell were retrieved from Kimberly Ohson at the Belmopan Police Station.

Police say they are seeking Leroy Richards and Jessimar Chaverria.
