A sixth person has been charged with the burglary at Godfrey Smith's law firm. He is 21 year old Kareem Gladden, a laborer of Zericote Street.
Gladden pleaded not guilty to burglary when he was arraigned today in the #8 Magistrate's Court.
Magistrate Emmerson Banner offered him a bail of $6,000 and adjourned his case until October 13.
Natalie Palacio, the office manager of the law firm reported to the police that the items that were stolen included a cash pan containing $4,000, a metal safe with documents, three cheque books and one cell phone.
Yesterday 5 persons were charged with burglarizing the law firm. They were all caught on security camera.
