Woman Robbed In Independence Village

Thirty seven year old Leticia Aldana, a businesswoman of Independence Village, reported to police that on September 24 around 10:30 p.m she was robbed in her garage. Aldana said that she had already parked and was getting out of her Isuzu Rodeo when a tall man wearing a ski mask pulled her out and began searching her and the vehicle.

The assailant took nine hundred dollars in cash, a sling bag which contained six purses valued at one hundred and fifteen dollars, jewelry valued at two thousand two hundred dollars, a variety of items valued at four hundred and thirty dollars along with some personal documents all to a total of ($8,350.00) eight thousand three hundred and fifty dollars. Police arrested and charged twenty six year old Radigan Slusher a Fisherman of Dangriga Town for handling stolen goods in connection with this incident.
