A Belize City man was shot around 10:30 last night on Neal's Penn Road. He is identified as 19 year old Christian Usher. Usher was walking his bicycle along with two friends - Sherlette Hernandez and Georgia Hernandez - when he told police that two men riding on separate bicycles started firing shots at the corner of Neal's Penn Road and Mex Avenue.
The women were spared, but Usher was shot to the hand, foot and body.
