Doctors Ervin Gabourel and John Gough made major headlines in August when they got into a full out brawl at the Santa Elena border crossing with Mexico.
Both men were charged for disorderly conduct and appeared in magistrate's courts in Corozal and Belize City for a number of adjournments.
But it all ended today when Magistrate Leslie Hamilton threw out the case. According to reports, the magistrate surmised that it was a minor matter and a waste of the court's time. The Magistrate reportedly cautioned both doctors to look after their patients rather than wasting time in court.
