This afternoon in the city - three armed men tried to rob The San Pedro Jets water taxi outfit.
The newcomer to the water taxi industry is at the end of Albert Street near the Bird's Isle Causeway.
According to the manager three men - one of them armed - stormed unto the compound at around 4:00 pm and robbed him of an undisclosed amount of cash. He didn't want to discuss details, but one of the men was armed and struck him across the head causing a gash. An ambulance responded but treated him on the scene.
