And almost simultaneous with that killing - there was another, this one not far away from the first on Duck Lane - which is between Water Lane and Regent Street West near the Swing Bridge.
Around 1:00 pm, George Lewis Pipersburgh was riding a bicycle when he was approached by two men. One of them shot him in the left side of the face near the eye, killing him instantly.
Another excessively violent killing, and again, his family didn't want to talk today - saying they just want to bury him and get it over with.
