Tonight, Belize City police are investigating a well coordinated, armed robbery that took place around 8 o'clock last night at the Boulevard Game shop located at the corner of Vernon Street and Central American boulevard.
According to 24 year old Carlos Rodriguez, he was socializing with 19 year old Pedro Catin, when 3 men wearing hats ran up the stairs and stormed in.
The men who were all armed, first subdued the two un-armed security guards, and then ordered the patrons and staff to lie on the ground.
They then stole everyone's cell phone as well as an undisclosed amount of cash from the bar.
So far police have detained a 38 year old city resident, and are looking for Jermaine Cattouse who they believe can assist with their investigation.
