Central American dignitaries started arriving in Belize today for a Regional Leaders Summit which will be held on northern Ambergris Caye. The Presidents are expected tomorrow, and the Ministers Of Foreign Affairs started arriving at the San Pedro airstrip today.
Today Foreign Affairs Ministers started arriving. After they arrived, they were whisked to Coco Beach Resort three and a half miles north of San Pedro Town - where the meetings will be held.
Prime Minister Dean Barrow was scheduled to arrive on San Pedro this evening - and the heads of state are expected to stream in tomorrow morning.
Reports are that over 100 security personnel have been detailed to provide security for the event.
