There was a shooting last night in the city. Dwayne Young, a resident of Belize City reported to police that he was in front of Sonny's Supermarket on Central American Boulevard along with some friends - when 19 year old Glenmore Burgess better known as Black Glenn, approached them. Burgess then pulled out a point 38 revolver from his pants waist and fired two shots at Young. One of the shots caught him in his right upper abdomen. Police have detained a 19 year old stevedore of Arlington Drive pending investigations.
