This Sunday will witness the 12th, running of the annual junior cross country. The event starts at 9:00 from the Succotz ferry and travels to Belize city, finishing at Leslie's imports.
There will be 45 riders from 7 teams for this 18 and under race. Kwame Scott told us the rivalry is intense:..

"Prestige, and I can also add to it that the rivalries within the junior league ranks are very intense. There have been movements among teams since last cross country. There have been additions and subtractions from some of the teams, and at the Technical meetings there was also a request for us to implement drug testing on these junior riders. Because some teams are suspecting that other teams are prohibited Substances."
