There was a shooting after 7:00 last night in Belize City and the victim came within millimeters of receiving a fatal injury.
26 year old Jamie Flowers was reportedly standing at the corner of Pine and Vernon Streets when he was shot three times. One of the bullets grazed the right side of his head, and he was shot in both legs. None of the injuries were life threatening and he is hospitalized in a stable condition.
He declined our request for an interview.
