If you are looking for somewhere to take your children this weekend, you may want to consider the Bliss center for the performing arts - to check out the Ozzy and friends show. The tour has been going on countrywide over the past week - where shows have been down in Punta Gorda Town, Belize City, Pachakan in the Corozal district and Belmopan. "It's the Ozzy and friends show. This si actually a tour and it started on the 3rd of June. We've been to Punta Gorda and we've had two successful shows here at the Bliss and we go on tour today again we are in Belmopan at the George Price Center and tomorrow in Patchakan Village on the football field. Now we were supposed to be in Caye Caulker on Sunday but that show was cancelled. Well what happen was that we had such an overwhelming response here in Belize City and people were saying they didn't get to come to the show or the like the show so much that that they wanted to come a second time - we said let's do an encore and you know since then we started advertising and the feedback has been really positive so we look forward to having yet another good show here this Sunday at the Bliss at 4pm and if you miss the show the first time - this is your chance to see Ozzy and Friends and Chispin and Lucas and the playground posse. This is a second year that the Institute of Creative Arts has collaborated with Ozzy to do a show like this. The first year he brought his teacher and his buddy Chispin the Clown and so this year we wanted to go bigger and larger - we included the participation of some very talented young people in the form of the Playground Posse and you can look to see them doing sing - along and dancing with Ozzy and Chispin came again from Mexico City and he brought along a surprise for Ozzy - Lucas - a very young upcoming clown in Mexico as well."
Tickets for 10 dollars and are available at the Bliss Center. The show starts at 4 this Sunday.
