A father chopped up his two daughters as the result of a family dispute in Belize City this afternoon.
It happened a few minutes after 4:00 in the Rhaburn Alley area when 24 year old Shana and 33 Ronda Martinez got into a fight with their younger sister.
Their father 59 year old Erick Martinez got angry and pulled a machete.
He chopped Shauna in the head and left index finger, while he chopped Ronda to the left arm. She threw acid on her father's face during the commotion. He was treated and released into police custody while both sisters remain hospitalized in a stable condition.
